This series is great. If more people watched these videos instead of all of the nonsense on TH-cam then the world would be a more informed and ultimately better place. I appreciate that fact that these videos are made public. Thank you.

Professor Theriot's lecture on Microbes was fascinating and thought provoking. I hope that Stanford will post other lectures she presents. Time constraints prevented what was sure to be an equally interesting final section to her lecture.
Additionally, I appreciate the quality of the videography with inclusions of her slides. Well done.

Very interesting. Also heard about mother moose licking edible leaves and her calf following, eating those leaves and ingesting them along with the bacteria from mom's saliva.

A force concept happens between pesticides and carbohydrates that create multiplied characteristics of both.Never has there been a better time to avoid carbohydrates and a dependence on those complex varieties warranted.Let's face it,chemicals are everywhere and in us.

This was so good. It answered and caused questions. The Luca soup was interesting as an interventionist myself. However, my theory is the information for luca comes through the Sun which we commonly know as relatively simple but in time we will understand more of its complexity. The selfish gene is more clear now for me.

Minute 27, that is truth, I am writing a book called Science, Magic/k and Human potential and confirmation. Opening statement is "What are the attributes of being a multi planetary specie without causing a mass extinction". 🤘😝🤘 It's based on the Metric System😘

I would have preferred that she just kept talking and left the questions until the end of the lecture. Now I feel like I missed out on some potentially interesting information.

Since this post if your still having the same issues, I would find another doctor. If that doctor doesn't solve your problem in a year of visits you need a different smarter docfor

i wish those stupid people in the audience would stop asking questions. They are wasting valuable time of the professor. Otherwise, we would have learned a lot as she would have more time to talk according to her agenda. This is a lecture about microorganisms on or in you, not a lecture about evolution etc. If you are interested in those, go to some other lecture, don't waste other people's time
