I suppose it’s time I leave a comment here since I’ve used this meditation more than I can count. I’ve had some incredibly fundamental shifts in my state of being over time by using this particular meditation style. After using this consistently for a couple of weeks, I can’t deny that I was becoming a completely different person. All of that “stuck ness” began to break free and I understood myself truly. Meditation is to “know thy self” and this is certainly the right format to do that. Would love to see you at one of your retreats some day. Maybe soon. Thank you for all your gifts to the world in your films and meditation. They have been along side me in my journey and have been incredibly impactful in ways I cannot express.
Thank you so much for giving us Samadhi The Movie and The Meditations. Words cannot describe how they are guiding me closer to my true nature and the sense of the unconscious ego which is governing my life. Thank you.💜
I am grateful that you have given us these meditations, and delivered them to the world. Thank you for this act of unconditional love, and helping us to drop those things that are not our true Self. All your work has deeply resonated within me. It's as if I knew and understood it all when I was 6 or7 years old. It is how I thought our reality actually worked. But who would listen to a kid. Now I'm 45 and have come back to the feeling and drive for emptiness, and for stillness. What a gift. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Blessings!!!
There is no enough words to express my thanks to everyone behind this channel, you have been a great part of my journey for years, with lots of meditation styles that we could do and and with all these different meditation videos on the internet, I do feel that this is the way to attain samadhi/nirvana and the way buddha did meditation. No hypnosis, no affirmations etc. just pure being.
Wholeness! I do at least one everyday for the last few years since i became aware of their existence. Lately I have been playing with cymatics and with brain waves entrainment with binaural beats. With gratefulness and love.

Thank you for the advice. I assume going the middle way would be acknowledging that this is egoic behaviour, but not pushing it away nor playing into it? Alan watts talked about this type of thing as " biting an iron bull".
Yes- the middle way is always "not this, not that". Meditation is not engaging in a conditioned technique or activity. But nor can one simply let the egoic patterns of craving and aversion continue. By consciously non-doing, we gradually come to recognize and penetrate everything that the mind is already doing to mediate and filter our reality.

I'm kinda new to this, dropped at 45 minutes after feeling some brutal waves of energy flowing trough all my body. Idk if it was a good experience or a bad one
...Spiritual path.. My friend, living, life, love.. those all are spiritual pathways. My first experience with this was feeling like I was literally being peeled like an onion.. It will make you aware of things you are not already aware of.. then it is up to you to make the physical manifestations. The meditation can only take you as far as you allow yourself to let go. The universe always allows you to choose. The universe always says YES
I just started meditation along with ur guiding words. If we turn our attention to our breathing, becoming conscious of our breathing, doesn’t that observation make the breath LESS of a wave & more matter-life? I haven’t been able to reconcile this. Don’t I want my breathing to be more of a wave & less atomic-like? Thank you . I just started meditation when we were advised to shelter in place in USA because of the virus. I have been faithful every day.
The more you observe the breath (which takes you into the field of change) without resistance, the more "you" disappear into it and the more wave-like reality becomes. Whatever your meditation object is, the longer you meditate with it with presence and equanimity, the more you disappear into it, or it into you. So you become the breath, or the field of change. Let go of the concept of the breath and observe the subtle raw sensation, the pulsation of expansion and contraction. Feel free to join our weekly meditation group on www.awakentheworld.com.
thank you, Tibet empowerment can give me high state that I am deeply thankful to, problem is language difficulty, so that I have to be on my own all the hindrance, so your film help a lot
Amazing inner-journey travel experience in every step you do, so thank you. In my imagination your love will help to change the world really fast. I have may be the strange question, but it goes from the heart. Short story: I used to listen to your meditations for a while, they become extremely close to my fool journey. On this journey to the Self it seemed you get even some progress. You can feel yourself high, wisdom inside and open to love, and you feel like you are really awakening - noticing synchronicity happens, you feel life hidden poetry. But oneday (yesterday) I realized that I lived ego totally, it became so thin, changeable and adaptive to "new" experience. So I ask for advice - how to continue moving to the One and not to get lost in ego games. For now I have a fear of it, this doubts seems to stop me - it is complicated to live for two worlds. In both i feel truth that is waiting for me. And one more question - is the meditation process has some culmination destination clear state-point for no doubts IT IS?
Great questions- and I see both as related. First, it is impossible to know what programs are still running in the unconscious, because if we knew they would no longer be unconscious. I have experienced many levels of waking up, many levels of rewiring and changes in consciousness. I feel that this process of evolution has no end. But at the same time the immanent self is perfect, unchanging, and does not come and go. It has never been born and never dies. There is a phrase that I like from Zen: "Always being Buddha, always becoming Buddha". So the realization of the true self (awakening) is complete in and of itself, and perfect (always NOW). And the enlightenment process continues through time and physical manifestation.
This is a wealth of valuable information, thank you for all of this. Being new to meditation I have a question. Is it ok to do this meditation whilst listening to binaural beats and tranquil music?? I have sometimes noisy neighbours and it helps to block out any outside distractions...thank you.
Of course it is, there are no rules. Do you. Try everything that feels right for you without hesitation or fear and fully dive into the experiences you create for yourself... The more you will be able to differentiate your true self from the experiences you make, the lesser your urge for complexity in life will become and from there true, permanent peace and liberation will arise.
The technique is to be equanimous with what is. If you have noisy neighbors, then by trying to escape the noise you are generating a pattern of preference and aversion. Best to examine your own mind and find out why you have such an aversion. Binaural beats, chanting, music etc. give the mind something to do in meditation, but it will never come to stillness until you give them up.
My first time on here i LOVE it and i know about PRANA the LIFE Force are universal energy in its many forms and also i know about AKASHA as well as COSMIC consciousness and energy vibration and so forth
Hello again Daniel. When I put focus on the breath I seem to automatically start controlling it and for some reason can't stop. To avoid frustration I just go with the flow. After some research I found putting my attention on lets say a sound, and then returning to the breath I seem to stop controlling it. Is this acceptable?
It is normal that when you put attention on the breath you start to control it. That is what happens, and the practice is to let go of that control and manipulation. It takes much practice to stop controlling the breath- in fact if you can actually stop controlling, then you are a Buddha. Using sounds or mantras can be a useful stepping stone, but also an obstacle or crutch if you become attached to it. The question I would pose is whether your meditation is leading you towards stillness and less mind activity. If the answer is yes, then you are going in the right direction. But don't turn it into something that is known. Don't try to pin it down or create some technique out of it, otherwise it is just a conditioned activity running in the mind. You can use meditation objects like sounds as stepping stones to bring focus and calm, but eventually you have to let go and simply be with reality as it is.
I had the same experience with the breath automatically as I observed the breath the control came. It felt so uncomfortable to observe this breath and the control riding on top of the breath. Thank Daniel for answering ths question clearly.
I know this may be a dumb question but what if me meditating is just egoic behaviour? Should I stop or keep going? I'm highly aware that this is nothing more than a "desire" for me to achieve something or feel some type of bliss.
It is not a dumb question at all- in fact it may be the most important question of all. If the ego is trying to meditate then it is a problem and one will never realize stillness because any egoic activity is movement. One must be eqanimous with all phenomena, whether painful or blissful, and let it arise and pass away. It is easy to start playing a game of sensation once you realize that by surrendering to a degree it produces bliss. If you start chasing any state or feeling or sensation then it is not meditation. There is a primordial impulse to awaken - stay with that. The mind asks "how" to awaken, and once it starts seeking in some way, the primordial impulse is lost. Stay with that which is prior to thinking and sensation.
Can anyone help me out here, I think im getting the hang of it but... once I focus on my breath for a while and I lose sense of my body, my thoughts disappear but then I freak out because it feels like I'm going to this point of no return feeling and I snap back.
It sounds like you are on the right track. Keep doing (or not doing) what you are doing (or not doing). Keep letting go deeper, past the point of no return. The self structure will panic because it feels like death. It is a sort of death, but only to the self structure. Be aware of WHO is observing this process, who is watching the self freaking out? Rest as that awareness that does not move and does not come and go.
How do you get over the fear of letting go. I observe my breath disappearing and then my ego gives me a sudden rush of anxiety. I feel like I'm dying and I'm judging myself for not being able to fully surrender. I sometimes go so deep, it takes me a while to come back and I'm struggling with the fear of the unknown? I can't seem to get past this 😢
Hi! I really appreciate what you're doing. I often find myself stuck in situations where I doubt myself (or my ego) I start to realize that when I have a problem, it is most of the time created by my ego cause it want's to control the situation and it is really frustrated when it isn't able to do so. Now I see that you can't control it, you can just go with it and accept it. The thing is that I understand this, and even felt it, but I only feel it temporary.. I started to meditate, so that maybe I could maintain this blissful feeling. But when I breathe in, I feel alot of pressure in my back and chest at the height of my hearth. I feel that my body isn't ready to meditate deeply. So what can I do to overcome this? Just go through with meditation until the pressure is gone, or should I start with some yoga exercices or something to relieve the pressure? I would be very grateful for your reply
If you are starting to feel that inner friction, it means you are working. That is good. Personally I have done many things on my path. I would explore yoga or chi gong, or whatever you are drawn to. Don't get too hung up in all the yoga postures- the point is simply to prepare the body for sitting, that's it. Sometimes building physical strength can increase your chi and help to move through energy blocks. Also pranayama (breathing exercises) can be helpful to break up patterns. Chanting is good too, but again avoid the pitfalls of buying into "concepts". Just observe the effect that these things have on your ability to meditate, and let that be the way you assess their usefulness. They are like a thorn to remove a thorn, and when they cease to be useful then let them go. Or you can take the Zen approach, as Dogen says "just sit". That works too.
I have a question. Are we to drop the breath as the meditation object and focus all our awareness on the field of change so that it becomes the mediation object? Thank you.
The breath BECOMES the field of change. As you observe it single-pointedly it becomes more wave-like and fluid. Simply observe the breath until it changes into something else. Let go of any concept you have around it or what it will become.
In meditation, my back always bends forward a bit and I must correct the posture or I must watch my posture closely, though at the first flying thought it bends again. Is it ok to correct it? or do I have to start over?
Do whatever works to let you sit for longer periods of time. This initially might mean doing some yoga, stretching or other things that allow the energy to flow in the body. Eventually you want to let go of all mind preferences and all conditioned or learned activity, and just sit.
My mouth opened automatically and felt my energy was leaving from crown chakra and felt very very bright light above, then I got scared to leave the body and my eyes opened, has anyone experienced similar experience?
Sleeping is something entirely different from meditation. Meditation is about waking up, not going to sleep. Most people who lie down end up sleeping. However if your concentration ability increases this may become a possibility, but it is advanced practice. Lying in bed at night meditating can bring profound insights and is deep practice if you can rest as awareness without getting lost in what the mind is producing.

Thanks for your quick reply, I'll start my meditation sessions with some exercises and then I'll just sit :)
So true
have you ever experienced being outside your body
Gratidão pelo conhecimento.
I observe myself observing, observing. can i get lost in this?
Yes, absolutely! Lose your 'little' self, and realize your true SELF.
AwakenTheWorldFilm indeed
I have a question. Are we to drop the breath as the meditation object and focus all our awareness on the field of change so that it becomes the mediation object? Thank you.
The breath BECOMES the field of change. As you observe it single-pointedly it becomes more wave-like and fluid. Simply observe the breath until it changes into something else. Let go of any concept you have around it or what it will become.
only emptines egzist and daes not change
Beautiful visuals , how are they created?
هل يوجد نسخة مترجمة الى اللغة العربية ؟
Is there a copy translated into Arabic

I want to read Myanmar subtitles ( Burma ), please help me.
@@AwakenTheWorldFilm Thank you very much. Thank you.

My mouth opened automatically and felt my energy was leaving from crown chakra and felt very very bright light above, then I got scared to leave the body and my eyes opened, has anyone experienced similar experience?
Wow, that sounds like a astral projection. I wouldn't be afraid of it, your soul is anchored to you body. Just keep concentrating on the breath
When this Video is available in german ? 😬🌱

I have a question ! Can I listen to it while am sleeping or say laying down?
Sleeping is something entirely different from meditation. Meditation is about waking up, not going to sleep. Most people who lie down end up sleeping. However if your concentration ability increases this may become a possibility, but it is advanced practice. Lying in bed at night meditating can bring profound insights and is deep practice if you can rest as awareness without getting lost in what the mind is producing.
@@AwakenTheWorldFilm thanks for that info ! I can't sit crosslegged or in chair for too long ! Thank you again !
