I just saw the video about her mother. My deepest sympathy to her Dad, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends and love ones. Seeing her in this interview we all in the body of Christ must see God was preparing Alena for this very day. She share how she loves being in control and how her Mom shared with her to work on letting that control habit go. She shared how she learned during the making of the movies to surrender herself and her care to the Lord. I believe with all my heart in spite of the grief her family is going through, because God is still in control and all things work together for the good, this is the beginning of what God has planned for Alena. This is why God had her mom focus on the girls!!! God knew that she had to prepare them well and quickly for the life and ministry set before them. What a beautiful and talented girl! God please comfort, keep, guide, and remind them that the pain doesn't mean that you don't love or have a great life planned for them. May the memory of their beautiful mom reside in the excellence that they are called to walk in. I cry with you and I know that soon we will rejoice that every tear has been dried and you are enjoying life again.
I watched the Evans family share their loss of Alena's beautiful mother, Wynter Pitts. I cried tears with them and was so touched by their vulnerability and their faith in God as a family and individuals. What a legacy Wynter has left to Alena and her sisters! I pray for Jonathan, their father to be strong in the Lord and the father and priest of his family. And I pray for all four of these beautiful girls. Lord, please place a hedge of protection around them and comfort their hearts with your presence. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
