    I was charged $584 additional dollars on top of my membership of $323 in December of 2022. The sales person sent my contact on the 6th and did not start it until the new year. Hence why I was charged. Check this, he left and there was no way to fix it. This is march. It took 3 months and still today the contract hasn't been fixed.

    ...to book my rooms, it would be an admin charge of ten dollars. Offended I informed her I didn't understand why I couldnt set my own meetings, she said "oh no one has shown you how to use the app?" I replied "no", she said that's part of your "onboarding call", I hadn't heard from anyone about anything. Apparently there was a contract review on that call. Since my sales person was on his way out. If I had that call, I would have had this fixed December 7th b4 any problem would have risen. I continued... why there were prices shown on the app when my membership said its covered? She assured me when I go to pay, I won't be charged. Then I realize she didnt know the contract I signed with her in the office was the reason the app was glitching. But the two women working that day had no clue. Well days rolled by its nearing Christmas... I'm charged for each event... so I try to cancel my other dates, they charged me for all of them even though I tried to cancelled the dates. There is no cancelling a booking.... Once its booked. So there went Christmas money.

    Dont even bother speaking to the office staff at the Regus buildings. VIRTUAL Office membership IS NOT apart of the local team. How do I know this? I was told if I wanted them to assist me...

    There is no manager to contact. I asked her 3 times I want to speak to someone. She's just said I'll look for it. She never intended to because theres no contacting higher ups I had to deal with, charge me $10 for admin time lady because I noticed the apps were only showing expensive rooms... she knew absolutely nothing, and I'm still being charged for this thing I cant cancel.

    Meanwhile leading up to this I'm emailing my sales person like wth? He's already left at he point and not responding. Although the app support is saying. Only the sales person could fix the contract in order to get my 584.... I found out through the receptionist who assured me that...

Quick, professional responses, very flexible terms, friendly and knowledgeable staff from receptionist to area manager, superbly designed and CLEAN, attractive offices and facilities at Concord Meadows with 24/7 access & super fast wifi, excellent value for rates- the perfect solution for my husbands accounting business.     It's at Zero. The charge, Regus. Its March 20th... I cancelled that on the app MARCH 7TH as per my email to confirm my 10 day virtual office membership cancellation...

    She is dumbfounded and had no idea, initially that sales guys quit over xmas but still I felt she was not making money on me and I felt she was very frustrated I was there trying to solve the problem. Then she told me the sales person quit over xmas and informed and said there is no other way to fix this she kept telling me only the support on the app can fix my problem, while the app support is telling me only my sales person can fix my contract. All while Sales dude is MIA...
    RUNAROUND BAD, they took 1 month to figure out the issue then another month because they can't access his email!!!!!

    She informed me that she would work on it. I asked for sales dudes manager, she told me she doesnt have it. I ask for their email, she doesnt have it. She still has not given me anyone above her... it's been since February I was begging her for sales dudes boss... crickets.

    B4 you read. Look about 16 messages below and consider the consequences of not checking reviews about this company. The worst reputation I've ever seen online. I wish I was wise enough to read those 1st before ever signing up with Regus. Start at the bottom and read to the top. RUN THE OTHER WAY

    I am in Thailand and would like to inform all of you of the hidden charges 😢 if you have any contract with regus;
    . Coffee and tea is not free at all. Regus will charge you around 60 usd every month per each office member in the contract
    . The car parking fee will be over 100 usd per each car
    . You wouldn't be allowed to downgrade the office rent agreement
    . You will have to pay the rent even you finish the contract
    . You will be charged about 70 usd per month if you connect your printer to regus wifi
    . If you change location to other regus office, you will be charged more than a new user.
    . These are the cruelties that the regus staff wouldn't tell you at the time of signing a contract. Further, their invoicing system is shit because they issue an invoice on 31 jan payment due on 15 feb, and the invoice is for march 😂
