Wish i could swing this one. Great location and perfect size property. Make a great homestead with some rental cabins or a campground. Great beaches and all the amenities anyone could ever need near by. Too bad its about $400,000 more than i could afford. Call you if i hit the powerball this weekend.
Cool property, but understandably, not cheap. It would have been interesting to see more of where the quarying was done. I'd expect there to be a much larger area than that one piece you showed. Old quarries around me often get filled with water where they have been excavated. Any water features like that on this land?
Good question Pat. I have read the 200+ page building ordinance for the town of Arundel. It looks like you could divide it. To be safe you would want to check with the town code officer. Happy to provide you with that information if you want to reach out to me directly.

*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Amazing piece of property, thank-you gentlemen for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
You’re welcome. God bless you as well.
Thanks Pete and Carson, nice property, and good presentation.
You’re welcome. Thank you for watching.

A half a million⁉️ That’s a wee bit more than I want to pay for a vacation property. 🤣👍🏽
😂8😅😂 chicken feed😢
@@docmoody6908 - Well… maybe to a Moody Doctor. 🤣 Please buy it and let me stay there every once in a while. 😎
Southern Maine has high property taxes. Would be smart to reopen the gravel pit and find great success. I love it, but not for me.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Zipline and close to the beach?? Now that sounds like a fun place to live!!!
It would be fun.

Just a wee bit more than I can put out. But it's beautiful.
Thanks for watching.
I need to have the price drop about 400K then I can buy it. 🙏
Beautifully unaffordable
Power to land? Septic, well?
Where is the cooler made?
Not sure what you mean?
@@petercarson7277 Is it made in the USA or elsewhere (China, etc.)?
YIKES!
some builder will buy this and put in 75 houses. Portland needs housing....
Where is the potential here? Can it be divided? $495 k seems a little strong for a house lot.

👍
What do you mean, not cheap?? Getting something under a grand an acre is way CHEAP.
Under a grand would be around $120k not $495k.
Not sure what kind of math you're using.
Under 10g’s an acre there is cheap.
Yeah I caught that right after I posted it. Just woke up.
Will they take $225,000ish? If so I'm probably in.
"...probably..."? no balls.
@ackack612 -- LOL 😆 I would have to see the rest of the land, before that I would need to know if $225,000ish doable.
