My mother has just been diagnosed with this syndrome. She also has fibrous dysplasia. None of these common illnesses are good enough, she has to be special! :D (And she is special, she's my Mum after all!)
My daughter just recently got diagnosed with Harlequin syndrome. But she does not sweat on either side of her body. Can someone have harlequin and not sweat at all on their entire body?
I have this also. But I sweat on my upper right side, then down on my lower left. Like an X. No doctor can find the cause. Its a shame because there are a ton of people that have this with no definite answers. It's very difficult to deal with in the heat. My face gets half red, burning hot, and the side that doesn't sweat feels like needles going into my arm if I'm out in the sun. Dr Lee, can you help me?

Is it dangerous if half of my face(up to the neck) doesn’t sweat?
Maybe. Ask your doctor if you need an MRI.
