I was looking for this explanation for long though I knew that I have gastric pain most of the times. I carry a stent in my heart since two and half years but doing well due to yoga and walking everyday...I practically eat all food except deep fried foods and sweets and sugar..Thank you very much Sir..I am from Manipal well known for medical care..Namaste..

Would like to share my experience today 14 May 2021 - @9.15am faced severe pain in heart. Unable to breathe. If I breath, pain was getting more. I immediately asked my wife for lukewarm water and within 40 seconds I took lukewarm water. And my pain reduced within 2 minutes of drinking lukewarm water. And this was the third time I practised this. I feel this happens due to Gastric Gas. I have decided to visit Dr. And get it checked, bcoz cnt take risk. But I recommed everybody to take lukewarm water when you face similar pain and trust me you will get relief immediate. Share this to more ppl and save lives. jaihind.

Lots of thanks Sir, I am patient of arthiritis with rib pain and bones pain plus acute Gerd, just wanna say sometimes Gerd pain radiates to left side in line with mid point of ribs where rib bones end, this pain is very sharp and goes in mid back and right side of stomach as well•

Respect to you I was anxious with this pain but after listening to you I was relieved and the pain that was in my chest when I breathed went away after your explanation and some private things I can't tell infront of these people.Thanks it was bugging me for 3 hours and I had to wake up at 5:45 😭.and can anyone reply me about how to control difficulty swallowing,cause since little it was with me and particles may enter my lungs due to difficulty swallowing.
BTW you were of great help and people a reminder don't Google things like should we drink milk if we have bla bla bla or should we exercise something. Come to TH-cam you'll find most of them relevant.
