Follow the flow, sometimes unexpected, of the money spent by Miss Pink to buy a can of peas in a supermarket! From Miss Pink to Mr. Gino, through the company Orditop, from the company to the State to the employees, the bank, shareholders, etc.: a seemingly complex flow explained in a simple and humorous way.
Source: Banque de France - Cité de l'Économie et de la Monnaie, in partnership with Universcience (This film was presented in 2013 at the exhibition "All you need to know about economics" At the Cité des sciences).

LOVED this video :) I always relate to the creative rather than the mundane - Thank you for helping the circular flow become visually appealing and conceptually understood!

The entire model is a lie.
==========< There is the owner and the employee.>==========
Ultimately, the 'Employee' makes the products, takes those products to the market, sells the same products, he made, to himself and finally he pays a fee known as Profit to some 'Owner' for a permission to own the same products he made and sold to himself.
The owner gets to collect profit for doing nothing.....and many call that 'earning' instead of 'taking'.
The way forward to a better society is to increase and maintain a strong minimum purchasing power of the end-consumer using the magic formula.
(Magic Formula: 'Your minimum Purchasing Power' = 'minimum wage' + 'Benefits payments' - 'Cost of dignified living from cradle to grave' - 'Taxes, fees, penalties')
Firms are no more "legal entities" than your back-up power generator is a "legal entity", and it does not matter if it runs on fossil fuels or if a bunch of humans must run on treadmills all day. Firms are just property and should be treated as such by the laws.
Save the minimum purchasing power of the human citizens instead of saving businesses/firms.

The money you spend at the supermarket goes to the supermarket, not the supplier. The supermarket pays the supplier for merchandise beforehand.

@@reasonerenlightened2456 The Owner EARNS the profit for investing in the bussines, in the machines to make that product possible, in you as a worker and besides these, for the risk that he took for this bussines. If you would be able to make that product home for a less price then it would be fine for your consumption but a bussines company helps also the state/economy growing by paying taxes besides the product price.
