Being a gujarati, my mom makes Bhindi aloo with salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and she let it cook until Bhindi turns crispy😍😍 it tastes yumm. But this recipe is also very tempting, i will definitely try it😋 Love from Mumbai ❤
Everything you make is perfect. Nothing like bhindi aloo fry with phulka.. Almost everytime I did not carry lunch to office, we ordered this from nearby Bengali restaurant and each of us wanted a whole plate of Bhindi aloo fry with our phulkas 😊
