Former first responder, I’m the same with every role play for medical stuff but since it’s not real it’s fine. But blowing into the gloves....that always bugs me in real life. When I used to mentor, I’d make people change their gloves whenever they’d do that until they remember that they’re contaminating their gloves with their breath.

Honestly if I ever went to an ear cleaning, I hope they are as casually professional, just chill like you. Not "we're doing A, just do what I say" You have such a way of explaining what's happening as the view of someone who you'd just talk to as a friend, not a scary guy working at a clinic. I love this.

As someone else said - i love this unintentional asmr, no tapping all over the objects etc. This could very well be a normal medical vid in that sense. I love these kinds of vids, would love to see more of them. Any medical videos are instantly favourites. Also, that hairstyle suits you really well!
You must have spent a great deal of time trying to find the perfect sounds for when the "ear-cleaning" fluid was dripped into the ears and then extracted with the syringe because it was so accurate! I've had swimmer's ear a few times and needed to use drops for it, and this sounded spot on like that. The crackly underwater noise and even the slight feeling of pressure of there being a fluid in the ear...it's all there. Thanks for your attention to detail!

This is a really great video. It's the first time I ever got a tingle and I've used ASMR vids to fall asleep for almost 2 years. Def gonna be back to listen to more in the future. Also, you look really familiar but I can't think of the actor you favor. I think he was in a movie called Wild America back in the 90's. On a side note, when you made that "eardums go through wear and tear literally" comment, it brought back a memory of the day my eardrum exploded. It really does happen and it fookin hurts like hell. I really enjoyed your video. It felt natural, except for the additional nurses that accompany the doctor of course, but it was calming and definitely felt natural. I dont know if membrane replacement is an actual procedure that can be performed, but I'd imagine this is what it would essentially be like. Thank you for the creative and soothing video!

God, I wish half my doctors were this easy going and smooth talking. Not too many doctors you feel like you can trust anymore. Idk why, but I would trust this guy. Would make work/surgeries feel less intimidating or embarassing.
