EDIT: Addressing some frequently asked questions.
1) if you're very new to PGR and way behind the grind or are F2P and very strapped on BC, you can skip her to save for S ranks because Uns will still be 80% rate up later on.
2) No Signature weapon is still usable if you still want to play her. You don't have to worry about "catching" the freeze timer. Just charge first and then pop freeze midway.
3) NO FIREGOD REVIEW. THE AUDACITY OF EVEN THINKING OF REVIEWING A GOD.

Bruh.. I was dead serious about not getting her. But, after knowing that Haicma is voiced by Rie Tanaka, now I'm having second thoughts. I've known her from Seed Gundam. She was voicing Lacus Clyne, and her song "Fields of hope", which was also featured in the series, is what really made me a fan of her. That song is beautiful.❤

So I have a question I’m new to this game but where can u use uns? Do I have to just use them solo with out constructs? Also what game mode was the demo in? I’ve seen ppl do boos fights vs them but I don’t ever see the game mode associated with it?
you can fight bosses in trial/training mode, but you need to clear story mode related to the boss first. basically you can use un in any stages even though they have dedicated stages for them, operation un and guild challenges for example. un can be paired with omn but there's -atk% penalty per omn unit on the team.
you can fight mother structure (the demo fight) in Celica's class. although as the previous reply already said you need to reach a certain part of story to unlock the boss.

Can anyone tell me how I can fight bosses without the story character. Like I wanna use my own constructs against some of the bosses in the story
You can only use your own characters on the old chapters, but now you can't do it again, because if you want to play the story you need them so the story can be make more sense and make you understand what you're played is actually their own story/chapter
If you want to fight against bosses from the story, go to Trial, you can choose the bosses and whatever character you wanted to play, or go to Celica Class, you can pick whatever elites or boss enemies in there and fight using your own characters
The one you see Haicma fight the Ball thingy and parry the attack, you can found it there

I have obtain alisa and her coating, but why i cant use her coating, in the coating section the choice is still unlock and obtain.
Is It a bug or something i have to do to unlock her coating?
Maybe you need to tap the coating, pick the coating you wanted to use, then tap the black button on the right place (I forgot), then you can use the coating
While the base coating, you need to leveled her up, and upgrade her, so you can use her coating
If it's still unlock, maybe you should try to restarting the game, then login again, if it's still like that, then maybe there's a problem in there, you can ask Kuro to fix it

No, if I'm not mistaken, the freeze duration from a fully charged signature move is 5 seconds, while your core passive is 3 seconds w/o the signature weapon, so you still have a lot of time to charge it.

Well if you’re absolutely certain you don’t care about meta and you only want to go for transcendent/uns, then go for it; Haicma’s signature weapon is a significant upgrade.
Even though I like haicma playset I'm saving for other characters like noan, abystigma, hyperreal, etc..

Omn and un is not recommended on one tim together
No she cannot since she can't use einsteina to drop down ice resistance. But you can use Changyu for that role if don't have Chrome or Ayla but use 2pc Gloria for her.

The latter is correct. Memories do not have the ability to alter the base scaling of attacks.

You can use two darwin on top, and 4 patton for the rest, if you want a balance type of Alpha..
But if you think that you're good in dodging the enemy's attacks, you can use 2 darwin on top and Frederick for the rest for higher damage deal, but the hp will not as high as patton..
