Stunning, in its day it must have been a magnificent old cathedral, so nice they are keeping it safe for the next generations. I agree with you about flying over it, sadly there is a minority of idiots that don't know how to handle their drones, or just don't care. They spoil it for the rest of us.
I've visited many UK cathedrals, but sadly never been to Elgin, so really enjoyed your beautifully flown and filmed exploration of this historically important example of inspired architecture. Thanks for sharing.

Nice flight! It has been a problem for me in certain situations whether I disturb others while flying the drone. Whereas, if it could even be so, no one has seen the problem, and on the contrary, if it doesn't bother anyone, I've still been properly scolded.😀
I've yet to be properly scolded, I think it helps when both sides are reasonable. If there's no valid justification why I shouldn't I probably would have. I just could understand Thier concern on this occasion and thought I'd already been over so to argue a point for images I already had was a waste
