사우디아라비아가 인적자원개발 차원에서 교육비를 예산의 10퍼센트 이상 쓰는걸로 알고있습니다 제가 유학할당시에도 국비로 유학을 온학생들이 몇명있었는데 등록금전부와 금액은 잘모르겠지만 생활비도 지원한다는 이야기를 들었습니다 물론 학부생이 아닌 석박사과정 하는 친구들밖에 못봐서 학부생도 똑같았는지 모르겠습니다 그친구들 이야기로는 돈있는 집안은 굳이 장학금을 받지 않는다고 하더라고요 왜냐면 양날의 검이 될수가 있다고 이야기합니다 장학금을 받게 되면 몇년간 정부에서 정해준곳에서 일을 해야한다고 하더군요 친구 이야기론 오일머니의 한계가 있을수있어서 나라에서 고급인력을 길러내기 위한 장학금 제도라고 이야기했습니다 그당시 대학교 진학률이 50프로미만이었다고 했는데 찾아보면 어렵지않게 장학금제도로 공부할수있게 바뀌었다고 이야기했습니다 벌써 24-5년전이니 지금은 더욱더 교육에 투자하고있다고하니 더욱더 쉬워지지 않았을까 생각됩니다

As saudi i will tell you this, some shops especially hair salons, small markets can try to rob you when the sense that you’re a peaceful person, one advice i will give you is that don’t settle as you did here, call the police or one of locals and believe me you will not walk without your right coming back to you. 저 4월에 사우디 여행했었는데 리야드에서만2박3일 했는데 볼거리가 없어도.너무없더라구요 ㅋ 저두 사우디항공 이용했구요. 눕코노미 로 왔지만 기내식은 못 먹겠더라구요. 그래도 만난 사람들은 친절했는데 저 미용사분은 선을 넘었네요.

As saudi i will tell you this, some shops especially hair salons, small markets can try to rob you when the sense that you’re a peaceful person, one advice i will give you is that don’t settle as you did here, call the police or one of locals and believe me you will not walk without your right coming back to you. Welcome to SA again, may you have a joyful time.
