Ingredients:-
Gram Flour 1 cup
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp saunf
1 whole red chilli
salt to taste
4 boiled potato
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
chop coriander
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chop ginger
1 tbsp chop green chilli

Very delicious. Adding 1-2tbs of rice flour or superfine soji will give an extra crispness to the cover.
Another stuffing could be either a plain onion or Panneer bhurji. I have tried the Panneer bhurji with capsicums in did not get to try my own creation just got finished before I came round to eating it.
We make capsicum Sabjee this way with a little gravy and serve it with Jowar Bhakree.
