Can someone explain to me to me or show me a video of the proper and safest way to remove a 28’ ladder off of the new buckets since the hook is placed backwards
I'd like to know why they decided to place the rotating spot light right by the upper control panel at the bucket? Totally in the way and pretty much useless. Place it back on the roof or on the hood. Other than that I like everything Altec has done.
Interesting, i just moved into a new 22' & I want the opposite. Mine is on the passenger side above the strobe, but still behind the front knuckle of the boom.
I was thinking if it was up on the bucket i could use more as a floodlight for ground work. Instead i cant use it at all on the driverside unless i shift the boom all the way foward.
@mikewindell7182 I just moved into a new 2022 from a 2012 and my spotlight is same as yours. However we have a few 20's and 21' with the light by the upper controls on the bucket as i described. Glad mine isnt like that.
We install it on the unit curbside next to the strobe now.
