Robe isn't best in slot, its 2nd best. Best in slot is still lvl 160 Nullity robe for EVERY school - 150,160 and 170 best robe is Nullity. Until Polaris raid in summer.
I didn't count Nullity cause its a raid robe, and unless your in one of the handful of guilds that does void raid its inaccessible to alot of people who don't do guild-related content
