I just voted in pune. There was a VVP M3 machine. I watched as it confirmed my vote. There is a slip that stays inside the machine. I saw it confirm my vote.
My booth was a mess. There are over 30 candidates in Pune and one of the three machines with the candidates names was not working. It took one hour to solve that problem. After which it went fast. But then in 2019 I had the same problem in the same booth same room.
My concern was I received a sms on my mother's phone with my full legal name (which is not my voter ID name coz that has an error they refused to correct). The sms tried to send me to a booth 7 kms away when there are three booths within walking distance from me. Very shady
