Amalie, I've only started watching you for a bit and I just want you to know that yes, you are privileged, but yes, you have the right to still feel that way. "I shouldn't feel this way because I am privileged to still live the life I live." Everyone has problems and even privileged people cannot run away from life. I am in no place to give advice, but I would say, maybe to get out of that negative headspace is to practice gratitude. Gratitude is not about being grateful for extravagant things that life throws at you. Gratitude is about noticing the SMALL SMALL SMALL things of life that makes you feel good, then LET that positive emotion AFFECT you! Allow it to affect you. But it has to be small. Like the shells under your feet at the ocean or your morning cup of coffee. Or maybe, another thing that might help is to just create a routine for yourself. If you know that a stable routine of healthy eating and working out makes you feel good then honor that! But just know that even if you don't live that life 100% of the time, it's okay, and you have to allow yourself to feel okay. Sorry for this paragraph, but I hope it helps and I hope you know that despite being a infleuncer with many views, you are still a human and deserve to feel seen & heard.

Amalie, I have been watching you since you put out the first videos on the channel and trust me, even though I haven't watched you recently, let me tell you that you are still a source of inspo for me. I remember even in the early days that you would be speaking negatively about yourself and i was thinking "How is that possible? She is such a beauty and has a beautiful life".. but now that I've grown and we are the same age, I feel you completely. It's not about beauty or the privileges in this life, but it's about how you feel about them and that you are missing something. I guess it's only a phase that we need to go thorugh during our early 20' and I bet that in 5 years you/I will be looking at this and think to ourselves "Its done". I wish you to find the creativity and the positivity you need in this period and you'll nourish. Same advice goes to me

I'm not surprised that you are hard on yourself in the mirror and in the feelings. It's sooo common for models and Content Creators b/c that is everything they stand on. Take for instance a Doctor, Lawyer or Construction Worker has zero worry about image...they just can't make a mistake lol. Almost having a bit of a IDGAF attitude helps in moderation, because your "Oh No!" turns into "Oh Well..." I might wake up in the morning and feel blah and not like myself...but I'm still happy. Ughhhh, body dysmorphia will fuck you all the way up. There’s nothing worse than feeling shitty about your appearance, especially when you’re around your friends who you know are so beautiful, and even worse when you know you have to be on camera. But I promise you are so so so beautiful, not only outside but inside too. I hope you’re feeling at least marginally better!
