- I purchased this already cut piece of Rainbow Obsidian from a dealer at the WAMS show last month. Now it's time to put a polish on it.

I like the Hancock field station Tee shirt, I love the NW Rock hound retreat at Clarno, Labor day Monday to the following Sunday, classes in silver Smith, lapidary, carving, intarsia, wire weaving, and chain mail. About $450 for the week.

Thanks for sharing sir. I've done a couple of obsidian pieces but have never been truly satisfied with the polish. It really shows any imperfection in either the polish OR the stone itself. But will admit that well done rainbow is quite pretty. Thx again. Hope you have a nice weekend!
I know what you mean and have to admit this one is not a "perfect" polish. That's why I'll not be keeping it. You have a nice weekend as well.
Pretty good job... But I think you would like to work some of the rainbow I have available. Much of it is full color, much more than what you have here. And I am not too far from Salem.
