    1. Love the unfilter-“real-ness” of your vlog
    2. Possible solution to your sleep disorder:
    A) if it’s due to work, write down ur “problems” to reduce anxiety
    B) have a run to work away excess physical and mental energy
    C) dun try to sleep, when you can’t as that will cause additional stress. Go and do smtg you like like watching Netflix until you’re tired and can fall asleep naturally.
    3. What program do you use to edit your vlog?
    More daily unfiltered videos pleaseeeeee

thank you, so so happy that you liked the vlog!
and thank you for all the suggestions :’) i do think that it could be because at work, i don’t move around thaaaat much and i don’t get much sun too, so i don’t feel tired like i should. will be trying to exercise more!
i use final cut pro to edit :)

Try practising slow deep breathing not just using the lungs but all the way through your stomach. Close your eyes, don't think of anything, just focus your mind on the up and down movement of the stomach as you breathe, lying on your back or side. Takes a week or two to get use to the breathing routine but soon you will fall asleep without even knowing it. No harm trying this natural way rather than depending on sleeping pills! Hope it helps!

too stress for work/life stuff? i always try to look at things i enjoy before going to sleep, then also make sure to mindfully not think about tmr's work before sleep. because tmr's prob is for tmr to conquer. jia you!!

it could be!!! i think during stressful periods, i tend to be thinking a lot about what i need to do the next day. but you’re right! learning how to boundary up in my mind so that i can rest when it’s time to rest, and leave tmr’s worries for tmr. thank you! :’)
