As of July 2020, this game was removed from the mobile store. I believed it was removed back in 2018 because of Team Sonic Racing being launched for Apple Arcade. Please stop asking where to download this game because it’s basically impossible right now to download it unless SEGA brings it back. Thank you, be safe out there and practice social distancing.

How did you get Knuckles and Shadow
You have to pay for them. Sadly there isn't a certain criteria in order to get them. Same with Ralph and Metal Sonic
I know that but I thought you got them a different way so yeah I had Ralph and Metal Sonic but my system deleted everything
+Master Gamer you should get them back if you connected the game to iCloud. If not or Android, I think you have to pay it again. I haven't played this game in 6 months so I'm not sure.

You have to buy him in the Rivals Pack. Shadow, Knuckles, Ralph and Metal Sonic are DLC. There is no other way to unlock them

Yes. You get all characters by playing World Tour except Yogscast, Ryo, and Metal Sonic. They are DLC

No it isn’t. That’s Sonic Racing which is somewhat of a port of Team Sonic Racing. Sonic and All Stars Racing Transferred and the original were removed from all online stores

For ages you need to complete a few world tour challenges and have 40 stars

+Alya 1400 What do you mean? Like actually upgrading or how to do an All Star Move? You purchase upgrades in game. For All Star Moves you must use one of your stars that you get by playing World Tour, or get a All Star Move from the Roulette

Alya 1400 You can still upgrade your Character but its different. You can upgrade speed, attack range, acceleration, etc.
