The part where they say "you find DUDUDUDUDU funny?" is in reference to Gods Menu. One of their biggest songs to date. "What's so funny about a headache?" is in reference to their song Side Effects which is one of their most experimental songs and mostly hated outside of our fandom. But actually one of our favorites within the fandom. They're basically saying what's funny about being better than the rest, just enjoy our music we're bound to have something you like (which is why Felix listed different types of cheese). Otherwise, smile for the camera. (we joke that stray kids can see everything that goes on with antis and stay).

Surfin is absolutely supposed to have a bit of a goofy vibe. It features (leftnto right) who are known as the "darkest personality" (lee know), the "darkest rapper" (changbin) and the "darkest voice" (yes, it's felix, with the long hair and deep voice) singing "wowowowowow, lalalalala" and it's probably my favorite skz song for it😄
IN is the guy tied up in the Cheese MV, and I totally agree, his huge smile is so perfect for the concept! Also, it sounds like you might be mixing up Felix and Hyunjin at times, which is totally valid: they both are rappers and dancers, they both often have long hair, and Hyunjin also has some pretty deep parts. If one of Felix’s parts gets repeated in a song, it’s often Hyunjin who ends up doing it. But Hyunjin does the “pew pew pew” verse in Venom, as a point of reference
Stray Kids is my first ever Kpop group I listened too. Skz is where it all started. Any way when Hyunjin raps it's legendary and I know about Han, Changbin and Felix and maybe Bang Chan but Hyunjin rap is something else

Without further adieu. I love their clap back tracks! Cheese has lyrics that clap back at folks making fun of the metaphors and sound effect verses they make. I think a lot of their critics don’t get that lyrics like crows and magpies from God’s Menu are talking about them, the haters. And sounds like du du du in God’s menu is then experimenting with sound like they talked about in that song, while also sounding like the chop of a knife in cooking. Later in Freeze you hear them use another sound “dang” which in the context of the song it means “unfreeze” when you’re playing tag in Korea. So when you get tagged you “freeze” and when someone untags you they say “ddaeng” meaning “unfreeze”. It’s also being used simultaneously as an onomatopoeia though for the gun sound. I.N was the one tied up in Cheese. I also cheese when they say cheese and the melody reminds me of when we’re kids and we’re teasing someone and “naaa naaa nanaaa naaa”. 😂 which i like what they’re doing here. Also I love that they use that classic circus melody in Circus because if you have a song with that name you should incorporate that classic sound.

Early on in their career they made an experimental sounding song called Side Effects. The chorus lyrics go "my head hurts". A lot of people didn't get it and they were hated on heavily for it. The why is dududududu funny and magpies and pigeons references God's Menu, and Stay was wondering if the A class comment was a reference to S-class which they just released a fee weeks ago. Now 3racha (producing unit) is always making music and a lot of songs just sit in Channie's (Chris) laptop for YEARS until they find an album to put them in. Also, if you listen to where they are listing fingers, the voice in the back lists fingers to cancel so that the only finger left standing is the middle finger.. Freeze: I believe Ddaeng is a popular freeze game kids play in Korea, so you freeze then ddaeng the kids free(?) might have to look that up just to make sure. That's also why they randomly shout water gun, because it's all kids play.
