This is just so wrong to say and compare. The dresses that celebs wear for events aren't bought by them, it's insanely expensive. So they take it on a rent or loan or borrow it from the designer for the event. Even the Princess of Wales, Queen Mary of Denmark and many other royals borrow outfits for events. A lot of sometimes they end up being worn twice by other celebs and royals.
