Most probably, looking at how much counter steering the AVC generate when you had the truck in your hands, I would think that the AVC gain is too high. I had the exact same issue in some high speed trucks. Faster you drive, lower the AVC gain must be.

Hey doesnt it come with 3s battery things that raise the battery straps to accomedate for the 3s? I seen the tenacity db pro videos and those come with them and the whole layout and everything looks identicle. Just thought it would have came with the same battery post extenders? By the way what does the battery tray measure? That way i can find me a perfect fitting battery for when i order my db pro..also do you think the front bumper from the tt pro would fit the db pro?
Did you try the battery strap extensions that come with the owner's manual and tool? I just got a black and yellow one and use a dynamite 3s 5000mah hard case. Fits perfect, Truck runs great. Definitely worth the money!
Isn't that the same color of your Axial Faulken? The one that y'all went on a walk with in the park with... a few years ago? Remember that because I was looking and watching videos of the Deadbolt trying to make up my mind about getting one. If I'm not mistaken, might be the same pattern as far as the transitioning between the two colors too.

@@TheRcSaylors Can,t wait, I will say try disabling AVC on the DBXL-E the knob will be dual rates and improves steering dramatically. It's is big and heavy enough AVC isn't really needed, there are instructions in the manual to disable it, if you don't like it turned off you can turn it back on easily. BTW love that PRO truck! First, Happy Birthday! Second, reminds me of the brushed Arrma Senton after I converted it to a Castle brushless system! It was not made to handle the speed on 3s and 4s blew the rear input gear until I did the metal conversion.

That thing is fast enough stock, my stupid 2wd corally mammoth xp brushless was uncontrollable on 3s near its top speed, I upgraded the tires, servo, saver, pinion, shocks and it was still hard to keep from flipping or cartwheeling, so a 4wd that you can actually control at the same speed as my mammoth is more than welcome...btw, I sold that thing and bought a mini t 2.0 brushless and mini b, did 6000kv upgrade and step pin tires on the mini b the same day, love those two little things, my daughter and I have great fun with them, going to get gravedigger and Sonuva pair next for us!

Oh man, that's a Really Hard Choice!! Okay, if you have the extra cash to boot, this is definitely the route I'd go - bit.ly/2P6EKsP Losi just knows what they are doing when it comes to getting an RC around the track. Granted, we love our Arrma vehicles, A LOT, Losi has really impressed us a lot this year. This TT Pro is built Extremely well and just feels like it has way more control. Maybe we've just gotten better at driving, but if you compare this video of ours to our Senton videos, I think it's pretty obvious which one sticks to the ground better and holds a straight line. I'm not going to complain about that aluminum chassis either, or the AMAZING and obviously durable light bar on front. Huge favor to ask RV Newby, whichever one you go with, please consider buying it through our link! I’m torn between the Tenacity TT Pro and the Traxxas Slash 4x4 Ultimate. I get that the Traxxas has better parts availability but the TT Pro looks way better. Which one should I go with and why? They’re only $50 price difference and that doesn’t matter to me.
Losi is 100% the winner here. Traxxas has better part availability because their business model is just that. It’s made to break so you drop a lot of dough on spare parts. We own Traxxas stuff and 9/10 this is the case. You’ll have fun either way, but in our Opinion, Losi wins this one.

The Forest preserves in Northern IL require a permit to fly RC crafts or drones. Same for all Rockford Park district parks. Many parks in our area too.

Honestly, I've never times it or anything. It's definitely a long run time tho.
