Most videos about preening are too short to actually see anything. They're also filmed so far away from the bird that it's impossible to see what the person is talking about. Your video shows preening up so close to Haru that I felt like I might touch him. Another great point of this video that others lack is you show viewers all about preening without needing to say a word! Amazing! I hope that you and Haru are still together and living a wonderful life. I subscribed & look forward to more awesome videos. Thanks!
I always wanted to this to my budgie, but had no success. They all were tame but did not touch themselves for long period. I would love to preen them, cuddle and played with them. They just had breakfast with me, sat on my shoulder and poo everywhere. One could "speak".

I want to nibble her long, elegant toes and each one of her individual toe pads! Look at those plump little toe pads! WAY TOO SWEET! How long have you had her? How old is she? Is she your only bird?
