Part of that is because the view on freckles has changed. I'm the same age as her and freckles were often made fun of when we were growing up. Also, even freckled actresses their freckles would be covered up in ads. Actresses like Alexis bledel and Lindsay Lohan their freckles were often airbrushed over.

I love that she is so confident that she doesn't need to smile all the time. On the same note - no filler and botox. There are wrinkles, freckles and discolourations - BC that's what being human looks like!!! I'm so over all the pumped lips, fake hair, no facial movement... Enough already. It's ruining womens faces and finances. Celebrities and magazines such as Vogue need to take on their responsibilities in this horrific and catastrophic low point in women's beauty standards.
