Fools rush in and its still too early to do that. Its a clear case fraud and she is definitely fronting for chinese syndicates for POGO. The senators’ attacking (questions) are very strategic for me as they try to keep the proceedings mild enough for her to trip on her own words. They are obviously trying to unravel the bigger picture of syndicates she serves.
Sen Legarda picked up the pace as bad cop. We can expect the other senators to do the same in the succeeding hearings to rattle further. Its strategic. the way Sen. Risa handles this hearing is very impressive at napakaprofessional and calm. ganito ang dapat na hinahalal na tagapaglingkod sa bayan - marunong, mapanuri, based on facts ang mga sinasabi, may genuine concern sa bayan and highly professional.
Why is this Mayor clinging so bad to her position? She should resign. The trust is absent to deal issues in Tarlac. Resignation should be the simplified solution and get a qualified Mayor.

All of her recollections only started when shes 14yrs old. Even her, knowing that her biological mom is their maid and her childhood photos that she needs to provide , she said the only photo she got was when shes a teenager. The question about her childhood has been asked from 1st senate hearing, to Ms. Karen Davilas interview up to the 2nd hearing but her “scripted life story” always starts when shes was 14yrs old. Thats why i think everybody will doubt now if during the 3rd Senate hearing she will magically have her childhood story then.

Nakakainis na talaga ang Law sa Pilipinas. Why can't we be like Vietnam, may hatol kaagad nung may case sila ng biggest money Laundering kahit millionaires pa ang involved, .bitay kaagad. If you are not aware (which is kind of ironic), Phil constitution provides Bill of Rights. Hence, the Due Process of Law, and Notice and Hearing.
If there's no BOR, it will cause chaos in the State but at the same time, people at all types are protected regardless of their commission or omission.

Why don't you ask for her parents to attend the hearings? Ask for their presence and ask them directly your questions. You all have the power to call their attention. There is inconsistency in her statements and our government. Why would the registry allow registering newborn babies without getting the authentic documents of her parents? If her statements are not convincing enough, then get both her parents in the Senate because she is either lying or telling the truth.
