Yup I think the same not mozzarella. but there may be cheddar(toast) cheese in the middle layer. not in the upper and lower layers, as the dough is torn and the cheese is dispersed

Hey there when you used potatoes did you cook them first or did you just dice up some potatoes and cooked raw along with the bread in the oven! I’m thinking of doing potatoes and some scrambled egg and cheese and I bet it would be delicious! So many ideas for this actually! Thanks for your response in advance!
@@lisagoolsby3791 Hi Lisa, FYI, I "half-cooked" the potatoes chunks just until they can be mashed up with a fork. If you use raw potatoes in this recipe, they won't have enough time to be cooked thoroughly because the dough bakes rather fast. I stir-fry some dried onions and garlic follow by adding the coarsely mashed potatoes. Then I add marjoram, fresh dill, green onions or chives, salt&pepper to taste. You can also add yellow cheeses. Hope this is helpful and wishing you a successful outcome! 😉
