The world is changing. Dubai is now flooding while here in PH it's hot as Sahara desert. 45 degrees + the humidity is too much. Soon Pinoys will become Badouins and our waters will become oil.
Bldg 1 kmi. Konting ulan lng baha agad.

It's because u wanted to rain. How u like rain now ha Dubai? U should have preparad for the worst case scenario of the effects of altering your weather.
UAE should construct huge underground water storage facilities for flood control and use the water later to reforest their desert areas.

With the cash they have, that can be done, operational within one year. Even less no doubt

Now you know that climate change isn't a joke.
It's cloud seeding gone wrong. Climate change is a joke, well it's a joke to the people who care to research and open their eyes to reality
GOD SAVE THEM ALL
Why would a desert nation create huge drainage facilities?
Natures way of telling dont harm them
The heaven is pinishing them for not accepting his son 😢😢😢😢
It can easily built a building but they could not be able to create a proper water drainage....
Looks like some cloud seeding guys got carried away
Are u kidding.??
Pity😢
Pinaparusahan ang dubai
I then remember the Bible Noah's story.
dubai is not built for heavy rains. they'd realize the consequences of cloud seeding too late already. but forgot that you can't control the weather.
That is one of the consequences of modernization did not foresee its possible effect
God help them and protect them from any incident that can cause to traumatic experience… 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Man a lot of upper case, your button stick or something
it was cloud seeding performed by the UAE government, they fire up salt-like flares up on the skies, too increase precipitation and produce rain
