Whenever I ask some questions, most of the dealers don't contact again or talk rudely. It means they threat psychologically.

Ap ne bilkul sahi kaha hai sab. Mere sath khud aisa howa last week, main geya dealer k pass to woh fon par busy ho geya aur bola k deal ready hai payment lao. Then another thing happened regarding ur owner point k woh chupa dete hain aur middle man late hain. Bilkul sahi kaha ap ne laf ba lafz. Main ne to deal cancel kar di aise faridiyon se. 👍👍👍👍

I faced same situation….delaer was doing agreement with me in his name and i asked him to show proof that he is owner….buss phir kia tha aye bye shaye …So i contacted the owner myself …All fraudiye property dealers sitting doing fraud and the thing which is v alarming is that they consider it Hala…Haram samjhtay he nahi iss ko …any deal which is not done between two parties sitting infront of each other is fake and 💯 % koi na koi dealer top laga raha hota hai …aisay he i dnt say that we r a fraudi qaum and dn we blame leaders …

But i would suggest to dive a little deep and look for where some customer either seller or buyers do such frauds too, although it's a very small in percentage but to some extent some of these problems you just pointed out is due to some unjust customers too. ذرا صبر کا مظاھرہ کریں تو اس مافیا سے نبٹا جا سکتا ھے۔
سارا مسئلہ یہ ھے کہ کو خریدنے کی صورت میں پراپر ٹی ڈیلروں کی قیمت خرید کم ھوتی ھے(وہ کم قیمت پر خریدتے ھیں) اور اسی پلاٹ کی قیمت فروخت زیادہ(اور زیادہ پر بیچتے ھیں) ھوتی ھے۔
اگر پلاٹ بیچتے ھوئے خریدنے والے بن جائیں اور خریدتے ھوئے بیچنے والے بن جائیں اور کئی پراپرٹی ڈیلروں سے رابطہ کر لیں تو آپ پلاٹ کی اصل قیمت تک پہنچ سکتے ھیں۔

Reality is more dangers. Ziyada dealer duplicate files sales krta hain. kuch fraud dealers apne logo ko owner show krta hain plot ka.
fraud bht hai yaha per. Dealers bht haram ka maal khatay hain.
Ziyada Dealer duplicate files sales krta hain. (most common case)
Kuch Dealers apna plot sale krne k baad oos per khud qabza b kr laita hain aisa b hota. (most common case)
Fraud dealers apne logo ko owner show krta hain plot ka. (most common case)
Fraud societies b krti hain dealers k sath mil. (most rare case)
