Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba plays on the word WATCH, making it an acronym and saying that one must 'WATCH' one's Words, Actions, Thoughts, Character and Heart. The first among these is to watch one's words.
Here are 2 experiences of students, an episode that I witnessed personally during a Trayee Session and a Chinna Katha that Swami narrates to emphasize the importance of watching our words.

Sai Ram, just one minor thing, we often confuse fact (Nijam) with truth(Sathyam) and vice versa, fact Is perception, it’s changeable,
small example, two friends are arguing over the colour of shirt, one say it’s red and other says it’s grey both are correct from there perspective as one friend is color blind and sees the world in grey tones.
But truth is always permanent in past , present and future and is not subject to perception.
And then there is Rutam. The highest Truth.

Hi Arvind. Can you make a video on 1993 shootings that happened in prashanthi nilayam ashram which killed 6 young boys and was much controversial back then? I came to know about these recently while reading something online and my mind is disturbed and filled with doubt. Please make a video if you have any idea about the whole episode.

I don't know about this, but ever since Swamy has come in my life, every time i swear and use the F word, now my tongue stops. Sometimes i still swear, but not at anyone. Slowly trying to replace it with something better. Research is going on that swearing is ok and people who swear are more intelligent, have integrity and crap. The Great ones never swore or used the F word. I still go back to old habits, but I am more aware. I hope one day I break free from these lousy habits that I have. Can you post some videos where Swamy has helped people come out of addictions like smoking, drinking, watching p*rn etc.
