This was the 1st movie I watched with my ex-girlfriend and the only girl I ever loved. Well not watched together technically. She was 15 and I was 18, she went to watch this movie with her family and asked me to come to watch this movie and sit in a nearest seat I can get. I was new in Delhi and never went to gurgaon. I went to ambience mall gurgaon at 7pm only to have a chance to meet her through this movie. That time there was no Android and I lost the location. I was so scared while returning home alone, I was completely lost. Everything was so stupid and childish. But all such memories makes me smile everytime I watch this movie.

TH-cam wasn’t that much available. Load the memory from the shop with Atif Aslam's songs of this movie. Tried to sing it like totally wrong lyrics (shining in the sandwich sunlight😅). I was in class five. Friends is showing veiw cards of this in school. They put it in pocket again cause they won’t share. It's made us (me specially) enthusiastic more. Fallen love with this movie and take the memory from my mother's phone. And load the memory by 30 taka (BDT).

when i first watched this movie during my childhood i didn't understand the lyrics properly of tu jaane naa song . now after 15 years i understand each and every word properly.
The best part of the movie is here all the religions are shown equal without hurting anyone's emotions. It can only happen in that era, if this movie had been released nowdays there must have been some sort of controversy. Hat's off to the old Bollywood ❤️
Oh girl.. that's Exactly what I was thinking while watching it just now... Just observe, a Muslim boy marries a divorcee in a Hindu ritual... then the food choices are different from their religious beliefs... and in the end, Jesus himself comes to help... These are the kinds of things we watched as kids... the beautiful secular yet still purely spiritual love representing ethos of the Indian subcontinent, ethos of modernity.. which is much more nuance, poetic you can see anywhere globally..
That's what art should do, I guess... break down barriers and lead by love..
And i think its not just about Bollywood.. its much more.. society, politics, economics.. cinima reflects society and society shapes cinema..
