I am lucknowi,and I am not at all biriani lover,and sorry to say I don't like the way other culture people prepare biriani as they use too much of spices and condiments which I think ruins the authentic taste.but the way you explained and the nominal spices you used is awesome as if I can eat is only lucknowi biriani none other..your biriani looks wonderful, and I am gonna try this.for sure.thankyou
Me kabhi bhi kisi bhi pulao ya biryani me lal mirch ka istemal nahi karti lal mirchen bahut zyada harmful hoti hain isse acidity aur digestions problems hoti hain iske bajae Hari mirch ka istemal zyada behtar hota hai aur unka flavour bhi zyada acha hota hai to srf Hari mirch se bhi chat pata biryani ya pulao Hari mirch ki quantity kum zyada karke lazeez banaya ja sakta hai bilkl muradabadi biryani jaisa texure laya ja sakta hai without red powder chilli ke
