If we were superb and Man Utd were so very poor, how come we didn't win 4-0 at a stroll? Some people get far too excessive in their praise and their criticism, based on the match result. Yes there has been an improvement in organisation, discipline and overall performance in the two games under the new manager. But we haven't leapt from incompetency to brilliance. Neither of those adjectives apply - we've moved from poor to competent.
SPOT ON MATE, fans getting carried away on a lot of emotion , feet on the ground a better way to understand football , ten man Utd did us a great favor I remember
agree that can't get too carried away based on only two games against out of form sides, there's still a long way before we're out of a relegation battle. But still can't deny we look much more solid since pereira. From having no structure and plan under o'neil, to look at least semi-competent defensively and to play as a team is miles from what we've had this season.
Cunha superb from start to finish… match was a great watch with a few pints. Wolves played some really nice footy but think you need a good centre back during January as you still look a bit flakey at the back.I had you down in my accumulator as knew you wud put a performance in as united are shite. Such a turn round from what I saw at goodison. Wish you best of luck for rest as season. UTFFT’s
The opposite is true, he and his actual finishing 1 on 1 in the toughest league in the world is excellent. Can only get better imo, he's young and is very willing to learn. In your mind is he pretty shit compared to, say, Erlin Haaland?
I don’t agree with ‘young and needs to learn’… that should be done in lower leagues. He is tall but doesn’t attack the ball, he seems happy to grapple but not win the ball, when he has at feet he looks for a 2 yard pass max (and normally backwards). When Cunha was flying through players he just stands still, he’s a tad lazy and is offside way too much for no reason. An in form Hwang is a much better option and trust me i’m no Hwang fan. It’s not enough for a player to just ‘hold the ball up’…. Even a crap striker can make a defender follow him. We are still playing large parts on the counter attack, no point having a pacey break with him up at the top. He never runs in behind and is happy to just stands still next to defenders and is very rarely first to everything. He also NEVER scores at 0-0 when we need it, that’s down to Cunha and Cunha only. He aint good enough tbh. Way too slow for the prem, the Peter Crouch/Duncan Ferguson era is long gone! The lad Ipswich had is similar build but still attacked our back line, Jiminez used to bully and rob defenders and go through, this guy has never won the ball or made a tackle. Too many weak spots despite being a likeable chap.
Onana claiming a foul
Me shouting that's for sucker punching sasa kalajdzic
And so say all of us. UTW.
What a dfference a good manager makes! These performances are so good to watch. We have very good players and now we have a very good manager too!
Dave you do a good job on talking wolves

Up the Wolves!! We definitely need an upgrade on Strand-Larsson though he’s pretty shit.

NOT SHIT in fact hes improving every game , funny tho some fans are SHIT AN AINT A CLUE
Nah, his movement and the way he pulls defenders with him is clever. He just needs to work on his timing for his runs.
