I'm living a similar dream on the family farm i grew up on in scotland. I'm sitting in 'The Mill House' right now, building garden buildings and growing a kitchen garden/food forest and a tiny home before i convert this drafty chldhood home into the hillside restaurant it was always meant to be!✌💪dreams do come true 🍎🍎🍎 and well done to you, literally living the dream 😍
Hi from Australia you and your wife are so awesome congratulations I am starting similar here i just starting a urban flower farm learning heaps from you thank you x
Great scheme! I've been following you for many years now. I have to blame you for making me set up my own two acre market garden here in South Wales, UK, after getting and devouring your Market Gardener book! I've been pondering on the idea of a 'dining club', where once a month paying guests come and dine with us, maybe with an actual chef rather my efforts. Partly to produce a little extra income, but mostly to give people inspiration on how to use fresh veg in their own kitchen. Any comments would be gratefully received!
I saw this video and made a point to come up from VT and check it out once it opened. I went last night - loved it! I'll be back soon, to eat great food and practice my very basic french.
I love it , I love it ! I'm a master carpenter wanting to grow into a 3 acre farm that borders a National Wildlife Refuge. I am starting with the electrical infrastructure build to get everything started. I have followed you for 3 years now and I am truly excited to see your dream as it develops !
C'est super de voir ce nouveau projet, nouveau chapitre de votre belle histoire. A plus petite échelle qui plus est, c'est chouette ! J'ai hâte de suivre vos nouvelles aventures !
Is there a fish ladder on that old dam? Looks like a barrier to Atlantic salmon, could be a potential project for the Atlantic Salmon Federation. I can put you folks in contact with someone who can get the ball rolling.
So cool JM! I'll be interested to hear how it goes. I was hoping to do something similar eventually. Basically, an old school inn like you would find in preindustrial times.
Hello, something off topic. Does anybody have good recommendations for books about growing vegetables or planning a farm? I already own the one from JM and the organic farmer from Coleman and some german and dutch books about growing. Growing new seedlings would be a great addition to me list i think. Thanks for any recommendations.
Wow. Love it brother. We'll drive out this summer!
In hands of talented people 💯

The first thing I thought of was "how do you find the time?".
