Plz do not cook and keep this recipe, if you were to eat later. But if you do want to cook and keep, then add 2 spoons of lime to keep the okra fresh and greeny. looks nice. but generally tomatoes are not put in bhindi....nd cuking widout lid make bhindi more roasted else can become little soggy. I may be I m wrong...wats ur view sir? ...as I hv to try it wid yogurt yet.

hello sir, i just wanted to ask that is the recipe sour in taste. Bcoz u added a lot of tomatoes, yogurt and also amchur powder
Oh ok, i think it must be due to the yoghurt being too sour.. next time you can reduce the aamchur powder
