wich one is better? the cut rune that does more dmg to enemy above 60% health or the one that does more to enemies with low health? i like second one with zoe bc of the electrocute or dark harverst, but last video you used cut
It depends on what your preference is! I'm still experimenting with both of them myself, and both are very viable but I prefer the high health one to help me poke in lane ^^
