So I have been watching for a while and I can say when you said strong body and transformation.... I'm a bodybuilder who's been struggling to build my physique for a specific division. I have been scared to bulk ( gain weight) but i have to take this scary journey because I won't grow. I was ver overweight a few years ago and lost 120lbs.
