if you don’t trust me, google search for 「noodle invention」, 「bonsai invention」, 「chopsticks invention」, etc. do it for all of the items above. They all came from China. Read about the history of kentoushi 遣唐使。See how Japanese envoys to Tang Dynasty brought Chinese culture back to Japan. Google search for 「Japanese missions to imperial China」 and 「Japanese missions to Tang Dynasty」.
@@paulsuen6666 I actually like the authentic original version than the copycat version. Such as their copycat chashu ramen. Honestly I had chashu ramen here in Ajisen Ramen in USA. I much prefer the hand pulled version of lamian, and the Cantonese char siu which is honey glazed. It’s like asking me if I want to visit the copycat Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas or the real Eiffel Tower in Paris. I much prefer the inventor brand and the authentic version. Honestly, I don’t know why Japan always misbrands everything they copy from others as “Japanese”. Just because they have voodoo in USA doesn’t mean voodoo is American. It’s still African voodoo despite it being brought to USA by the Africans. You can prefer the copycat versions. I much prefer authentic version. Given the opportunity to visit the fake buildings in Las Vegas, I much prefer visit the real Venice in Italy, the real Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomph in France, and the real pyramid in Egypt than the fake versions in Las Vegas. I’ve been to Las Vegas many times because I live in Los Angeles. They got a fake Venetian and fake Grand Canal with fake Venetian gondola rides. I’ve also been to the real Venice in Italy. Honestly, I much prefer the real Venice and the real gondola ride I had in Venice, the real Ducal Palace and St. Mark’s Square in the real Italian Venice than the fake ones in Las Vegas. You might think otherwise and prefer fake versions or copycat versions. Nara and Kyoto were built based on the model of Chang’an, modern day Xi’an. I much prefer the real authentic Tang Dynasty culture in good preservation in Xi’an and Luoyang, the ancient capitals of Chinese Tang Dynasty, than the replica versions of Nara and Kyoto. This is why I haven’t been to Japan yet but I have visited more than half of China for the real original authentic version because I much prefer the inventor brand and the authentic original version.
I don’t think it should be called “Japanese ramen”, but still Chinese lamian because all the ingredients inside are Chinese inventions, such as bean curd, chopsticks, soy sauce, lamian, miso. All Chinese inventions. Just because they make a copycat version of Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas doesn’t mean it’s called “American Eiffel Tower”. It’s just a copycat of the French Eiffel Tower. Same with the supposed “Japanese ramen”. It’s still Chinese lamian except it is a replica version. It’s like you got the same except replica of Las Vegas in Macau. Should it then be called “Chinese Eiffel Tower” and “American Eiffel Tower” just because they make replicas of the French one? No. It’s still French Eiffel Tower. This is why I don’t think we should call it “Japanese ramen”, but Chinese lamian still except they make replica of it in Japan. So what you are admiring isn’t really “Japanese ramen”, but really a misbranded Chinese lamian. It’s like when you see copycat versions of Eiffel Tower in Macau and Las Vegas, do you praise the Americans and Chinese for Eiffel Tower, or the French? Same thing. This is why the more I learn about Japan as I have taken a Japanese class before, the more I admire Chinese culture because I see Japan just copying from China. It’s like seeing pyramid in Las Vegas. Do you praise Americans or praise the Egyptians? Same thing. I eat ramen and I appreciate the Chinese for inventing it. Japan just made replica of it, but it’s still Chinese, not Japanese.
