That closet would be my " "war room" aka "prayer closet"
I have noticed that in most videos I've seen of these manufactured homes is that there is no linen closets for the bathrooms. Some do provide linen closet storage for towels in the master baths but I have yet to see any linen closets for the shared bathrooms. That would make me crazy! lol I do like the added smaller closet off the master bathroom closet which would be nice for seasonal items such as Christmas decorations but I'd hate to have to go all the way down there should I need to store a vaccum, carpet shampoo cleaner, mops, buckets, etc... I suppose those could be stored in the pantry off the kitchen but I'd prefer not to store them there with food items.... Also it would be nice to have a place for an upright freezer off the kitchen as well, especially since this home is designed for a larger family.
I have a few that have a linen closet in the guest bath also. I don't remember which ones exactly but I know there are a few I have on here.
I really enjoyed looking at this home. It's perfect for a large family.

You have no idea how helpful it is to have a visual on the distance between the shower head & bench!! Thank you for listening! Another beautiful home!! I absolutely LOVE the panic room, except I’d probably convert the entire 3rd closet in order to make room for essential life comforts like extra food, water, entertainment, seating etc. (and maybe a ladder hatch or elevator leading to the basement (& a small bathroom) just in case you need to be there awhile) To hide it, I’d turn the 3rd closet door into built-in storage/shelving, except the built-ins would be the facade for a hidden door that leads to the panic room(s) It’s still functional while also giving you & your family some extra safety.

I agree with that closet inside a closet, pocket door or swing into the other closet. I would use it for a pew pew room and the other as a linen closet. Not a bad price considering it is a Palm Harbor home.

The fourth closest you could put shelf’s and store your season decorations. Like thanksgiving or Christmas. Plus put lock on it and keep Christmas and birthday gifts in it.

P.S. Nate you're doing a great job! Maybe open a couple of more pantry doors in case there is a lazy susan or some pull outs & it's always good to know if shelves are adjustable or not.

I will take this one.. in my colors of course lol I would just leave the door totally off of that hidden closet because theres another door from the main part of it anyway. I would put christmas decor in there and a great place to hide christmas presents from 10 yr old curious little boys lol
I would put bedroom 2 and 3 together for 1 nice bedroom. Then change the Den into a second Master. Closet in closet is the gun room. Welcome to Oklahoma! Love this home though.

Beautiful home! The pantry is nice and the master bath is amazing. All of the closets are a plus for sure.
You could put the freezer right across from the kitchen back door and by the door that goes into laundry room. And still have room to do laundry.
Hello Nate. Nice place! Too bad we aren't able to buy right now as it's on sale! This would make a dandy home - with a few changes! And by the way, I wouldn't mind if the video was 30 minutes long!
#1) I'd move the Wood-burning Fireplace from the family room to the Living Room. Put it where the entertainment center is and remove those barn doors!! Carpet in the Living Room.
#2) In the Kitchen the island, for us, needs to be cut down to about half it's size. Don't need places to sit around the island for us. I'd also put wheels on the island. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove. I LOVE the Pantry!! Don't really need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers.
#3) The Master Closet's. I like having lots of room, but to me , 4 closet's for one bedroom is way too much. Also as you said, that door in that last closet takes too much room. Pocket Door would probably work fine. But...what I would do is Close that closet door off, and Make That Closet Part of the PANTRY!! From the floor plan it would work perfectly. {Or if you wanted to, put a hidden door on this closet and make it a hidden Gun Room or something like that, instead of what I'd do with it. Husband might want to do this instead of what I want actually!!} The Bathroom itself is pretty good. And thank you, Nate showing a clear head-on shot of the commode area! It showed me there's not enough room for me to sit comfortably without hitting the walls. So, I would need to remove the linen cabinet and that wall next to the commode and move the commode a tad over, therefore giving me enough room to Not hit the walls! I'd use that Make-up Vanity to put my toiletry stuff on and let husband have the small countertop space around the sinks for his stuff. I'd have to change the shown tub for a Handicapped Tub. The Tile Shower would have to have doors put on it, but otherwise, I like it! With that big bench, I could use it if I wanted to shower instead of bathe. The Master Bedroom is Bigggg! Carpet in the bedroom. Not sure how we would divide the closets!
#4) The Dining Room is a nice size. I think I'd have one of those windows changed to a mostly glass door and build a deck/patio outside it, enclosed. And there is a wall in the dining room perfect for my Grandma's China Cabinet! A deal breaker for me if no room anywhere for it.
#5) I'm disappointed in the Utility Room. This size house should have a good-sized one. Well at least there is a back door out this room. We'd build a Garage with a Storage area and a place for a Freezer and a Pet Shower.
#6) The Guest Bathroom is fine. We'd leave it as is. The two same-size guest bedrooms across from the bathroom can be husband's Gym, if he wants them for that. The guest bedroom next to them would be divided; 3/4's would be my Music Studio Room, enclosed and soundproofed, and the other 1/4 would be my Office Room with a carpet in it.
#7) The family room would be turned into my Library with a small sitting area with a small Gas Fireplace. Carpet in the sitting area only. And of course, French Doors to close the room off.
#8) We would build as many porches as possible around the house, some enclosed and some just covered. We like porches!
Again Nate, thanks for showing a head-on view of the commode, letting me see for sure that there wasn't quite enough room for me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who needed a clear head-on shot of it. Good video Chance! God bless y'all.

I would venture a guess that secret closet might be good for a gun safe. But the moisture would have to be controlled.
For that size master bath your gonna need big hot water tank maybe more than 1 50 gallon for all the stuff in that bathroom. I don’t want to run out of hot water. Figure you have a dishwasher the other bathroom and a washing machine. I agree about that door in the master bedroom.
Can the kitchen have the microwave oven combo together
I'm not sure. You would have to talk that over with the delaer when you spec this out.

Id hang racks in it and keep cloths in there. Keep both doors closed because the shitter is right there. The wife would get the bedroom closet lol.
Beautiful home. But I wouldn't want brown cabinets anywhere. Keep them white and mint green. Also in the main bathroom I would only need one shower head and make the other a wand 😊😊😊😊

Also I do have another question why is some rooms drywall and the other room that panelboard can't you get the whole house done and drywall
As far as I know you can get this in full tape and texture, except in areas classified as "wet" like bathrooms. They have to use a spcail green board in bathrooms and some places don't have it or the special tape and mud that is used in bathrooms to resist water and mold.
Carpet has to go Nate 😊😊 but I do love this home ❤❤ I would change to 3 bedroom to have another bathroom in it. Great curb appeal too. Change electric stove to gas stove. Bblessed Nate 🩷🩷🩷

Absolutely love style and function of island (iffy color but ez fix), storage, counter space & extra seating. I don't like islands w/sinks, dishwashers or undercounter microwaves. Nice pantry. I'm not sure if I could do the glass door. Would have to think on that. I think I might store my Christmas tree still decorated in closet #4 of master bedroom. I don't think anyone can legitimately say there isn't enough closet space in that master bedroom. I would love the walk through shower! Bedroom is huge!
Good to see double sinks in guest bathroom! I really hope that becomes the norm, 2 children could brush their teeth at same time (if for no other reason). My favorite room is the family room in back, although I might want to exchange windows for glass sliding doors or french doors with built in blinds.

First of all I like the layout of it but as far as those worthless closets in the master bedroom. I first one I would have them just take and a lemonade that completely and incorporate that into the room and then those three closets in the bathroom I would just have that as one large closet that stupid to have three individual closet and I would want in the kitchen drawers over the cabinets for more storage space
That 4th closet is a joke. Sorry to say but they could of just made it one big closet. tfs

The house is nice but again..why do these mobile home companies keep putting the MASTER BEDROOM in the living room or within "eye's range" in the living room. The master bedroom should be in the back far away from the living room.

16:43. I turn this room into "the big bedroom kid's room". Full bath and closet.
