answer:My study session is 60-minute or 90-minute Pomodoro timer.Then, there will be a break of 10minutes.During the live study with me. I repeat this 6-12hours. Pomodoro technique is poweful.Breaks are essential to keep the efficiency of your study high.Always take them! I always study with discipline.
