Cool haul Alex! Glad you’re enjoying the new Baldur’s Gate. I’ve heard good things. Yumi was my favorite secret novel and Frugal Wizard was my least favorite. 😂
My wife and I played through Baldur's Gate III together (having done the same with Larian's Divinity: Original Sin games) and we already want to start another playthrough. Such a great time!
Oh man Yumi had some of the best book art I’ve ever seen, and I dunno why Matt isn’t jiving with Sando these days but I absolutely loved it. I also picked up the Kaigen kickstarter and love it
I just finished The Sword of Kaigen because my KS versions came and it was SO SO good. Frugal Wizard is the weakest Secret Project but its not a bad book its just okay. Sunlit Man was my favorite SP.
In my humble opinion, Frugal Wizard is mad underrated. Sure, it doesn’t have literally anything to do with the greater Cosmere, but it is still a really fun read with a dope concept. It has a blend of a few different sub-genres of both sci-fi and fantasy that shouldn’t really work together but they manage greatly. For it being a completely standalone book and world, I enjoyed everything and felt like nothing was really missing. Good shit.
That's cool! I'll read it in the near future for sure. I actually pulled Discord yesterday how they'd rank the secret projects against each other and against Sanderson novels in general and it wasn't high on most lists.
It's nice to see you back Alex- awesome haul!.
Gotta knock some of the rust off! It's been a while
@@alexnieves 🤣
Welcome back, extra points for name-dropping Samurai Jack, Lolz! Looking forward to the whole There Will Be More Videos bit whenever you're ready!
Samurai Jack is awesome and my next review is shaping up to be Jurassic Park.
Welcome back! You got really fantastic books!! Happy reading to you!! 🎉
You too!

BG3 is amazing! It seems that most folks I've spoken to have Yumi at the top and Frugal at the bottom.
It's great getting a new video from you alex 😊
Glad you're still around watching! More to come.
Bg3 has also been my life for the last month haha, totally feel you!
It's just so good
I need the BG3 OST on vinyl for sure
Down down down by the riverrrrr

I've already played it once through myself and haven't stopped playing, hundreds of hours later.

The Sword of Kaigen Kickstarter is gorgeous.
Those covers look amazing, especially Baldrs s gate. I am about to finish Empire of the Vampire which I know you loved lol.
