Technically its broken, but does require skill to use the weapon at a high level. If Semi-Autos ain't your thing, the weapon will feel quite bad.

This gun is broken, ok it requires some skills, but SKS was already very good. The Type 63 will just make the ranked meta even worse and I can bet my whole wallet this will be the fastest banned weapon in competitive.
