i think it is bcs riot is small indie company so they cant calculate the exact cd on pyke r's bcs when you get the reset your ult cd is lowering but when you miss it in reset sometimes riot put it in full cd when its not so the excute indicator saws earlier. Yeah pretty fucked up thanks to riot game and through my exprience this is still in game from like 2 years that i am playing pyke maybe it is a bug from release that riot is too bored to fix it
