    This is the first media based professional I've heard speak sense since the election. Thank you Collin Cowherd!

    This is one of the most truthful analysis of the state of this country that I have heard from anyone remotely connected to any kind of news outfit, and it comes from a guy more associated with sports.

    1:41 to 1:49... Main idea of Colin's speech. A "middle finger" to the élitists in Hollywood/entertainment, Washington, and the media.

      Colin's simple analysis about the election was right in the heart of the problem.
      Many people didnt vote for Trump,they just voted against Hilary and the media.
      It was a hate to the other candidate vote.
      No one on the media dared to say that but that was true.
      Colin is my man.

    I love it. All the people were so afraid to say publicly they voted for trump because of how nasty the media and democrats were about him. Then that whole fucking map went red and it happened lol.

    People voted against Hillary and the establishment Democrats not against Liberal principles this was about her and the people trying to force her on everybody not an endorsement for Trump and the racist living in the rust belt.MORE PEOPLE still voted blue than red thats a fact.Trump actually got less votes than Romney did four years ago the issue was the bad candidate period.

      In the end, Trump won the Electoral vote, and that's all that matters.

    • @dynamobahamas
      @dynamobahamas 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      No pal that's all that matters to you to the concern ones of us the why is important

    • @StukInBuf
      @StukInBuf 8 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Julian nairn Okay, here's the "why" for you...
      The Founders put in the Electoral College for a reason... to protect the interests of those who don't live in the "high-class" metropolitan areas from the whims of those who do live there.
      Before all the hubbub of the 2000 Election, I too was in favor of the popular vote. After hearing Walter Williams explain it, and reading up on the Electoral College myself, I saw the light.
      You can't just have the big metro areas determining policy for the rest of us; every other part of the country has their own interests that matter to their citizens, and they need to be respected as well.

    • @dynamobahamas
      @dynamobahamas 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      America is not the same place it was back in the 1800s for voting or gun use which laws are both out dated in a modern world. The fact that a hand full of people in a smaller state gets the same two votes in the Senate as a bigger one is insane. Yes it's 50 states but still one country.The position of commander and chief should always have the backing of the majority there are more than enough checks and balances in the system to keep the president in check as clearly demonstrated by the GOP the past 8 years.

    • @StukInBuf
      @StukInBuf 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Julian nairn "America is not the same place it was back in the 1800s"
      That doesn't matter. The Constitution is still the Constitution, and it mandates that any amendments(changes) have to go through Constitutionally-prescribed channels.

    Starting from ca. 2:50, and ending ca. 3:47... We the average folks said to the Hollywood(entertainment)/DC(politics)/NYC(media) crowd, "You're all too élitist, too far-out-of-touch, and too full of yourselves." That crowd also includes Kathy Griffin, who's right now facing sheer hell for her recent actions regarding Pres. Trump and his family.

      @StukInBuf 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Jeremy Scruggs(open): He might be a millionaire, but he was regularly exposed to common folks, and speaks and thinks like a regular person.
      Hillary, OTOH, is from the "nuanced" PC-speak world of Washington, where élitists like herself refer to people not of her ilk as "deplorables." That alone killed her chances. #Facts

  • @MrColeemon
    @MrColeemon 8 ปีที่แล้ว +11

    that was amazing. thanks Colin that's one of the main reasons I voted red team. Media is too one sided, out of touch. pushed too much propaganda against just one side. red teams speaker of the house didn't back trump, former presidents bush and bush senior didn't either. in the end trump won because he's more relatable, authentic, honest. Hillary's proven time and time again that she'll change her opinion to whatever's most popular. not what she thinks is right but what will get her the most votes. Trump doesn't and won in part because of that.

    • @StukInBuf
      @StukInBuf 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd respect Bernie Sanders if he were elected; not my kind of guy, and not my kind of political views, but he's indeed genuine.

    • @PerryCuda
      @PerryCuda 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Agree. Mainstream media obsessed about Hillary's e-mails and foundation, but never interrogated Trump on his lack of integrity (university, bankruptcies, fina disclosures), just his lack of propriety.
