The cabinet above the range hood opens up to reveal more storage. And that countertop to the right of the stove pulls out for more countertop space
Hey JD. You missed the hood over the stove raises up for more storage and the pull out counter and drawers to the right of the stove. Montana 3231CK has been doing this in one of their units for several years and NorthPoint came out with that same design I believe it was the 2021 models. Jayco NorthPoint has stepped up their game for certain. Great review JD. God Bless

I agree about the price. With that MSRP I would have expected a generator to already be setup.
Bathroom is a big yes!
Really like this unit. Pretty much checks every box. Only a couple dislikes; the floor vent in the bathroom and no room for the cpap.
I wish you would include water tank, gray and black tank capacities in your videos. As well as optional solar packages
Way to go Jayco! Ours is a bumper pull 24MBH. Much smaller but bought new just before the pandemic and while not fancy we have been very happy with the overall workmanship in our rig. Proud of Jayco.

Did you know, the drawers by the stove pull out for more prep space and the vent cover opens for more storage? Very pretty rig. Love the kitchen floor plan with stove on the side.

The piece of wood under the bed you were looking at is most likely the piece of wood to go in the sink to create more storage. :) The wife and I are travel healthcare workers living full-time in our 2022 Jayco 382FLRB :D

We have a 2022 jayco north point 340cks and have lived full time in it for 22 months now and really like the fifth wheel. There is no female, or male, if he's in charge of dish placement in cupboards that would put your dishes where he is showing. I have put ours over in the pantry. The space in behind the door there. It makes the most sense and because I have an incomplete spinal cord injury and have crippled up hands, placement of things is very important for me. It really is a nice trailer. We have so much cupboard space that I actually have empty cupboard space still and the underbelly storage is excellent as well. We never hooked up our fresh water dispenser on the sink since our park water was okay. It is a great option/help though if needed. . I would have lived to bad it hooked up , but I'm living in it by myself 98% of the time a d anything to make my life easier I'm all for it. It would really save on bottled water usage though. I'm sorry mother nature .I promise once my hands are fixed to stop with the little water bottles....We have only had a few minor issues with it so far, TG I say to that since we had to trade in our jayco redhawk motorhome due to the huge issues we had with it and complete nightmare of a RV dealership to try deal with. Whole other story there. Yikes.. It is perfect for two adults, one who takes up a lot of space and with the upstairs bedroom it's perfect. One of us can stay " downstairs" and watch tele and the other has their own space if need be. The only problem for me with this model is the lack of space to get into the bed. I have to open the closet door and climb in that way. Why can't they give us more space. It seems to be a common issue. I love that it has so many windows. It is very bright and airy inside and on cold days when the sun is out it really warms it up. The bathroom is far nicer then many, many home bathrooms I've seen. I appreciate the shower area too because it has a nice "wooden" bench to sit on and because it's compact throughout, I always have something to grab onto if need be. Little details like this become important after a accident I say. I could go on and on, but I will stop now. Hope that helps
Well thought out floor plan. I really like the contrasting cabinet colors as well televater with the window behind the tv area. Is it ever not windy there?😂. Great full time rig!
I actually like that. I just figured out something. I don't like some units because the stove/oven is so close to the TV. I like how this is away from each other. That bathroom is AMAZING!!!

Hi, love your videos thanks. I am a big fan of Jayco products. We currently have a 2020 Jayco Eagle and love it. This North Point looks great but this unit doesn’t check all boxes for me. The issue with this specific unit is the lack of upper storage cabinets for dishes. I would remove those bed side shelves also, I could see us hitting our heads on them. I do like the on board filter system and separate water tank. We never know the quality of the water in parks.
We have a Keystone Montana 3230CK and the layout is very similar to this unit but what was possibly missed is the range hood cover opens UP to access more cabinet space. Plus, the oven right-side cabinets pull out to expose more countertop. This North Point is nice but the Montana 3230 or 3231CK is far superior in MHO.
Sweet trailer. I have a 2018 Jaco Eagle 330rsts travel trailer. It has alot of similar features and layout. Not quite as high end though.

I know this question probably comes up a lot but my wife and I have been wondering. We have a half ton truck and the question of well we want a fifth wheel but the payload usually is too much for the truck seems to have been answered because we found a fifth wheel, the puma 255 RKS, which actually fits within the towing rating, the payload capacity, the gross weight of the vehicle. Even if you factor in the weight of the fifth wheel hitch and all of us. They seem to be making more and more of these light fifth wheels with light pin weights for a half ton trucks and I’m just curious if all of the numbers fit within the tow vehicles parameters, is there still a reason why you wouldn’t Tow a fifth wheel with a half ton truck?
Hi again, JD. Another nice 5th wheel. I've been away from your channel for a while watching cooking videos. Getting too costly to eat out anymore. WOW, $130K list for this rig? Inflation has hit the RV industry as well, huh? My fully loaded full body paint 2018 Legacy Montana was only $106K list, with same floor plan. The gorgeous shower is the star of this unit. Curious about the kitchen island extension? It always bugs me when they put the level up controls so far away, they need to be closer to the front so you can witness what is going on during the critical event of hitching & unhitching. I'm sure you agree. Thanks!

With that little towing capacity I wonder if other than a bike rack or storage as you mentioned if it would work for something small like a Sea-Doo or small ATV/dirt bike trailers 🤔🤔🤔

I also have a two questions can you leave the slides out all year and if so do you need to do any maintenance. The second question is the water tanks do you add something to water tanks so the water don’t get funky ?

I love the oven location on the bath wall. It really puts the center of the kitchen further away from the center of the living room and helps delineate the kitchen from the living room even though its in the same space. Love the bathroom!! What a UNIT!! ...the outside kitchen in the pass through is so awesome as well and ALL the propane!! lol.

Nice unit but I gotta say, that fake Dodge Charger rear tail lamp sticker they got goin on is pretty tacky. I would much rather they do without that.
