@@avl123comeon bro. Even Im using tata cars from 2017. Before we had renault and maruti. I dont have any problem with Tata cars and their services too.
It has become a norm to just complain about tata service inspite of them improving a lot in recent years.
If at all u still not satisfied with tata service then I would suggest you to get it done at Bosch service centres as they offer very good service and Genuine Tata spares also available in market unlike Kia and honda where only ASC bas it

Tata cars generally have poor fit and finish, use lower quality plastics for touch points. However, they have come a long way from their indica days. The fit and finish on modern altroz and nexon are acceptable, but just acceptable. I must appreciate their efforts in making some undoubtedly safe cars, but there's a lot more to a car than safety.
Tata engines are another issue. Tata makes some fun engines on their more expensive models (case in point the harrier and the hexa). But look at the unimpressive engines in the petrol altroz and petrol Nexon. There are better cars for that price that drive better. I must say however that Altroz has sorted road manners. Tiago JTP was one good attempt from Tata, but that car suffered from a suspension that was too stiff. Also the Tata JTP project was quickly shut down. I was hoping for a Nexon JTP.
I'm in the market for a car in the 10L price range, and after numerous test drives I have settled on the Volkswagen Polo TSI AT. Incredible car for the price. It's old, but I don't care about the age of a car - it just does everything better than its competitors even after 10 years.

I don’t know much about cars. My friends have PUNCH and Nexon they both are happy for what they paid below 10L, with all the features performance safety which it provides.
Same is the reason for Dzire sales.

My very limited experience with Tata. Called up the showroom for a test drive , they said come to showroom and you can take a test drive no pre bookings or home drives available. Went to the showroom , was over crowded , no one attended us , people were literally just walking everywhere without any sales rep around. Asked a sales rep for a TD, he called someone out. We were asked to wait. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours checking out cars by myself. Reminded the sales rep again , he asked to me check with the TD person outside. TD person was more of a driver taking care of the test drives. I had asked for a manual but got a AMT instead. The driver asked us not to drive on the highway but the side road. 2 km predefined round near the showroom. Didn’t like the handling of the car but was more frustrated with the TD experience
Called up ford for a TD, they took details and brought the car below my building for a TD. Sales was knowledgeable and we took a longish drive with everyone driving taking turns. Came back home and gave the booking amount cheque on the spot.

Ese tata ke number dekhne ke bad maruti agent comment karne jarur aayenge. Jo log tata ka galat likhenge samaj lena ki vo maruti ke agent hi hai. Abhi vo kuch bhi likhe koi farak nahi padne vala bhaiyo.

I have a 2017 Tiago xz 55000kms petrol, bought for 6lakhs. When I tried selling it recently I got multiple offers for upto 4.4lakh. Now u say if tata has low resale value or not.

I have a Tata Tiago and I love driving it. But do note that it has a cold start problem. It gives me around 25kmpl easily on highways but initially in winter it has a problem.
