I have the CleverMade parcel box. I like mine. It took a while for delivery drivers to get the hang of it, but afterwards it works well. I leave the lid slightly open and put a sign on the front with directions. Only problem is over time the lid won’t open or gets stuck when using combo numbers, so I use the key to unlock. But at least it keeps my packages safer. I have it screwed into a heavy wooden table also a bike lock chained to a iron bench, so the thieves will really have to work at it if they want it. All you need to remember is to add directions on the order form online directions like putting the combination code so they know what to punch in. You could also put some kind of small alert device inside to let you know when you get deliveries like on your phone . I have a Ring Doorbell but I’m sure you could find something small to put inside that you need to charge up or has a battery.

Yup I'm using a vevor 30 inch wide x 18 deep wall mounted parcel drop box 129.00 on Wally world, has a lift up top and a Anti reach in theft flap . Work's excellent

That box is a little hilarious I mean the porch pirate could just pick up the entire box with the packages in it. It’s too small.

Just because you have a drop box, doesn't mean it will be used, even if it is obvious, and easy to use. I get lots of deliveries, and have an easy to use drop box clearly marked with logos for USPS, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and a separate sign asking that packages be left in the box. USPS pretty much always uses it (if the package fits). Others use it maybe 60% of the time. I wouldn't even say they're refusing to use it. They're just in a hurry and don't even notice it. You'll also want to get a doorbell camera with smartphone notification, if you don't have one already. Preferably, it should have AI recognition of people and packages, because hardly anyone actually rings the doorbell, except for USPS.

I have a parcel container with a one way shelf on my porch. Problem is, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon will use it less than half the time even though it's clearly marked.. It would help if Amazon sold branded boxes of their own so their drivers recognize and use it.
