It’s amazing how you never use a pencil and a good explanation for it. Beautiful and a limited palettes , which is key to harmony. Thank you again Michael.
Loved this demo Michael! May I have permission to use your reference photo and try it myself? I’m never sure if we should ask permission, or just go ahead and follow your steps and suggestions😀
Thank you for your question, Marta! This is SOLO Watercolor Tape. You can find it on my website: www.watercoloronline.com/product-page/solo-watercolor-tape-18-mm
Thank you! It's very easy to make Ultramarine from Cobalt, just a little Alizarin... But there's no way to make Cobalt from Ultramarine. That's why it's in my palette.
That's amazing, Michael. Thanks a lot.

Michael, what product are you using to tape down your paper? Obviously, the water isn’t an issue with the tape, so I’m curious as to what you use.

Beautiful with just four colours. Any reason you prefer Cobalt over Ultramarine?

Thanks for the question! I use the SOLO Flat 5-Line Brush. You can find it on my website www.watercoloronline.com/product-page/flat-5-lines-brush
I like to draw the reference I think if you can get that part right the rest is fun and easy 😁
I hope the whole process is always fun ))
hello, just curious: if you are outside with so cold temperature, do you use warm water to wet the paper?
I just stay inside )))
Such a great question! That never occurred to me, but I don’t do Plein Aires. Experiment!
@@watercoloronlinemsolovyev😂as i said, just corious. In Uruguay is never, never so cold
Why do you double tape?
To keep a straight edge of the same width around the perimeter. Like a passe-partout.
