The trophy for having the gnome on top of the building when the job is done, it doesn't make matter if the gnome falls off, just as long as it's on top of the building when you get 100%, so when you're on 99% put the gnome back on top then finish the job
@jasonbrosnan8770: Yes I did that, I actually moved the Gnome to one side and cleaned the bit of the roof it was on and that placed it back gently on the roof. The only thing that is stopping me gaining the Platinum is the Time Trials.
